Easy to get involved. Love the pool, locker rooms and individual rooms. Just wish there was more open pool time for adults.
Also frustrating when I see the school students parking in the Y lot which forces the members to park farther away I the side lots.
I do water aerobics Tuesday thru Friday. Each instructor does their own routine. So each day instructors work different muscle groups.
Friendly staff- loving the new programs and fitness classes being offered! Especially like the lighting in the gym- great improvement for pickleball!

The Livestrong program is great! Good leaders running it and good work outs to do at your level of activity. Very encouraging and good education on getting stronger with exercise.

The facility is outdated by the activities and staff such as Charissa Wood, Rylie Moler, Tommy and Susan are outstanding. We take our boys there on Sundays. The experience is always great.

The staff at the Southwest YMCA is amazing! The gym is always clean and well put together. My daughter loves the childcare too!
Instructors. But I think you need to improve parking lot removal of snow and ice. It is consistently dangerous
