What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love having a place where I can work out and also have childcare for my three year old. I haven't tried any classes yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I attend Jackie’s Silver Sneakers class and it is the BEST!! Jackie keeps us motivated and moving!! Very rarely does she do the same routine twice. Time goes so fast! Besides getting a good exercise, the class is an established one. Most of us know the ropes and where to get what equipment. We’re always there to help. And it’s nice to welcome new friends into the fold! Come and join us!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the morning intensive swim lessons for my little this summer. The winter lessons were good, but the Sunday afternoon times are tricky with nap schedules.

I’m in a membership with Silver sneakers. I only play pickle ball and enjoy it very much.

I just started back and I am enjoying the Silver Sneakers Classic 8:15 am class.
The instructor is fantastic! The people are very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

I go to Yoga on Wednesday at 2:00. Martina is the instructor. I’ve taken Yoga for years and she is one of the best instructors!! She is polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. You have a definite 10 with her.
The facility is clean, friendly and inviting!!
