Entry level introduction to sports
I really enjoy the senior silver sneakers groups. Thank you for having them.
The classes are geared especially for the senior Silver Sneakers. Before the pandemic we enjoyed the coffee and social activities which were provided for the seniors. We are fortunate to have an outstanding silver sneaker coordinator and teacher.
All the Activities are beneficial
Plenty of space and equipment for working out.
Appreciate the volunteer coaches and the fact that win or lose the kids are still encouraged and praised and that it is fun win or lose
My daughter has had the same coach for a few years now, Jessie Salcedo, and he is awesome! He takes time with the girls and explains what they are supposed to be doing and really gets excited about the games. I will request him for as long as he will coach.
The Y sports are a great way to try sports and build an early foundation.

Volleyball
The programs don't cost too much. The venues are generally in great condition. It is nice to have opportunities year round for sports. I did not give this a 10 because I believe that you start too early in the morning. Many times with the 8:30am game many players and referees are late so we start late and in the spring and fall it can be really cold.

Before covid there was a class for everybody. And the instructors that led my classes were great! There were activities besides classes. Card games, and other options to be involved and meet people.
