I love the Silver Sneakers classes and the childcare is a great convenience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is always clean.

The Glenwood, IA YMCA has a great weight workout room with all of the weights and machines that I need. The treadmills are operational and well positioned to be able to view the park across the street. Pickleball is also a great activity offered by the YMCA.

Engaging for my little ones. They look forward to interacting with the counselors, and it’s a struggle to get them to leave when I pick them up. The services are also competitively priced.
I am under no pressure. I am in poor health and worse physical condition. I go in and do what I am able to, and leave. I try to go 3 days a week, but frequently it is less. Every one is as friendly as always.
