My 6-year-old granddaughter and I swam in the pool twice last week. The laps at the 3-4-foot area were a good length. The water was a comfortable temperature. Later morning was not crowded, no dodging of other swimmers.

As a water aerobics instructor, I am grateful for the flexibility my director has given me in teaching my classes. The staff creates a wonderful and friendly environment. The hours are great for a wide range of schedules and the variety of events, group fitness classes and sponsored sports activities give opportunity to all ages to enjoy.

We loved our daughter’s experience with Coach Hughes. She helped develop her skills and teach her the game. We have joined this YMCA based on this experience and looking forward to enrolling her in future sports.
We had a great coach! My daughter has finally found her thing, volleyball! She loved it and we will be back in the fall!

Something for everyone. The Mills Co. YMCA staff are all so friendly and make many attempts to engage people and make friends.
Everyone is friendly and the physical layout is nice for those doing activities and those who are just observing. Plenty of parking and having such a facility in a small town like Glenwood makes living here very attractive.

The gym, specifically the weight training area
They have added a few more group classes and it seems that more people coming ( new faces )
even in the open time frames more and difference folks are using the equipment!!
