I swim in the mornings, so I want to thank the lifeguards who get up on those dark cold mornings and allow us to swim. The locker rooms and showers are clean, I really appreciate it. Thank you.

When I'm in Mills County I enjoy visiting the gym---I like the convenience of being able to work out while I'm away from my home in Kansas
I had very specific goals in place and needed guidance to get there. I signed up for two sessions with a trainer and felt well equipped to meet those goals. Shelby (trainer) continues to check in with me when she sees me working out and cheer me on!
I enjoy lap swimming at the pool during the hours that is available.

The instructor's do a great job in the classes. We get a good work put. I also enjoy the different programs they offer.
Once a month they do a program called Caffeinate and Educate. Michelle runs these programs and makes it fun. She really does a great job. Every month its a different program on fun activities. I have met some really nice people from the YMCA in Glenwood.
Don’t attend programs, just use the gym.
There are exercise programs tailored for every age and ability group. Being in a class encourages both physical strength and socialization. The activities related to our everyday life needs.

There are many water activities and Low impact
I really appreciate the pool hours, friendly staff and patrons, and clean facilities. Our “home” YMCA is in CB and their pool hours don’t align with my schedule currently. Plus, the pool water is not very clean at the CB one— lots of hair and, unfortunately, I have swam through more than one ball of snot. The Mills Co YMCA is so clean and welcoming!
