Group Fitness Classes! Armbrust has a great variety of classes and all the instructors are great! They are welcoming and knowledgeable about what they are teaching. They offer modifications if needed. I love the music and have gotten to know some great people who are also attending classes. I have a friend who belongs to a Y in another state. She always says she’s jealous of what my Y has to offer when she attends classes with me.
My whole family feels welcome and included at Armbrust. I credit excellent instructors and staff for that.

Friendly
They make space for lap swimmers and have a good depth for the pool. Also they have several activities aimed for seniors.
Don't do the classes. Come with my husband 4 or 5 x week to use the weights & elliptical, bike & treadmill. I swim a Tuesday and/or Thursday early to get a lane while my husband does his workout. .
We like the variety of activities and the friendliness of the employees.
The personnel are friendly, the facility is always clean and the equipment is in good condition.

Molly was the best swim instructor Ava's ever had. She was patient and kind and her method of teaching was easy to understand.

Love the YMCA and the friendly staff. Classes are great just wish you offered more Zumba, dance for and group fight through out the week mid mornings.
Looked the chair yoga, and pound class. Also the pickleball..

Belinda and Deb and Kaylie are all really friendly too.
Always been satisfied, but be nice to have some notation around the weight machines or somewhere to please not camp on a machine between sets, looking at their phone and such so other people can get in and get their workouts done. More of a problem in the winter when it is very busy. It would make everything flow better.

The instructors, especially the two Heathers and Anna, make you feel like family, and that whatever you are doing, whatever you are able to do with your body, is a celebration. The Armbrust Y is my happy place.

I don't use the programs or activities but the facility is always clean and staff is great.
The cardio and weight lifting area has plenty of machines and equipment.
Every instructor that teaches group excercise is a QUALITY, knowledgeable and caring individual. Each of them always asks for feedback, and offers suggestions to assist the members in having the safest (as far as technique) and most enjoyable class they can. The trainers always make themselves available in the gym if I have questions about machine use and technique. Everyone in the Armbrust facility is open and responsive to suggestions and concerns.
They are budget-friendly and family friendly.
