Fun instructors for the classes
Yoga mainly.
First of all, the entire staff is amazing! We have not met anyone who was not friendly, helpful, considerate, and engaging!
We have tried out a few things. We have enjoyed each class we have done! Our favorite class is the Aquacize, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. It has a fun leader and the exercises are easy, yet they give you a full body workout! We also tried the Aqua Zumba, and liked it too. It has a fun leader and the music is great! The exercises are a bit more difficult, but everything is at your own pace or ability! The leaders always offer an ‘easier’ way to work the same areas of the body, if the one they are doing is too hard. I enjoyed the Pound class!! The leader is fun and the music is great! I enjoyed finding all the different ways to use drumsticks!!
We are very pleased and excited about our choice to join Armbrust YMCA!
We like everything about the Armbrust Y. The trainers are all so nice, knowledgeable, and willing to help out whenever needed. We love the classes and have made such good friends through the classes. The instructors we've had are all amazing Not only do they teach, they make it fun! And, they care about us! Overall, your Y is such a warm, welcoming, caring place.
