The owner of the salon is super awesome! Originally, I had made two back to back appointments. One at 10 am and the other at 11 am. For some reason, they forgot to put down the one for 11am. The earliest they had was at 3 pm that same day. It was a bummer because my mom and I had a party to go to at 4 pm. After the appointment, we would've had to drive back to Fort Morgan still.
After the owner knew about this, he made some changes and I was able to get my haircut at 11 am after all. It worked out great for us!
I honestly recommend this salon 100%. We drive from Fort Morgan to get a haircut. That's how awesome it is!
I liked that my stylist cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted, she was stellar! I came in to fix a bad cut I got from another stylist at a different salon so it was a real treat to have a stylist who knew what I was envisioning. She was so nice and personable as well, I had a great time getting a haircut from her!

Great welcoming environment! I have been going to see Sammy for a few years now and she does great haircuts and color but my best experience was on my first visit, Sammy taught me how to care and appreciate my curly hair after fighting it for 30 years!

McKenna makes getting my hair done a very delightful experience each and every time. She is a wonderful "people person" but most of all: she listens carefully to my requests and always makes my hair look beautiful. She gives very, very good scalp massages, too. That's also part of the reason I like going to James Salon and having my hair done. Everyone makes it a pleasant experience.
