Was greeted upon arrival, everyone was friendly. My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived just a few minutes early and was immediately greeted by my stylist, no waiting. Front desk staff asked if I wanted coffee, tea or water.
Tiara listened and made suggestions for cutting my hair and I was very happy with how it turned out and made an appointment for future haircut.

This was the first salon I've went to since moving to the area. The staff was so sweet, Brittany (hope I'm spelling that right) was so sweet - and the girl that was shadowing her doing my eyebrows, I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, but she was so informative and gentle as well. Amazing and talented staff, and by far the most comfortable I've been in, in a salon in a long time. I will be back, and will be recommending you to absolutely everyone! 🤩🥰💯❤️
I like my hairdresser Brittany because she is excellent with color and cutting my hair. I love my hair color. It is so pretty. Brittany has a lot of talent. She is always cheerful and make my visit to the salon enjoyable.

I especially liked how welcome everyone made me feel. Beautiful salon and great overall experience. I was pleased with the haircut Shania gave me. She is professional and listened to my concerns over my fading perm and whether a razor cut which I'd been getting could damage my hair. We decided on a scissor cut and I'm glad we did! This being my first time at James, I also got a discount. Thank you!
