We have been Downeast customers since we began heating with oil in 2000 - about 25 years. We feel we are a part of the Downeast family with the pleasant and on track replies when we call the office to the quick and efficient technician replies to service our furnace and equipment. I've found Downeast Energy to be reliable, and dependable. Communication is great and any questions I've had have been answered immediately. I am sorry that Downeast is no longer a Maine based company, but I have seen few, if any, changes since that took place. Pricing is a bit higher than other companies but I would recommend Downeast without any reservations.
