One of the reasons I returned to Downeast Energy/propane is the pleasure of working thru a somewhat touchy situation with your sales person, Justin. I find him able to persevere , navigating any situation due to his knowledge, integrity and personality. Hes a quick thinker and is “ on spot”!
Justin is definitely an asset to your company and I hope you give him a commendation before his peers! I’m sure a bump in his check would be appreciated too! 😊 There are not many like him!
PS of course it helped that Justin was able to offer me something substantial but willingness and ability to address my concerns and follow thru is the reason I’m writing to your company!

The service and techs
The delivery people are friendly and polite. They have thanked me in the past for keeping a path shoveled in the winter and once gave me a coupon for several dollars off on the delivery. They always answer any questions I have. It is nice to see the same faces doing the delivery.
