Service is great! I requested a propane delivery through my e-account, and could pay for the propane in the same transaction. Propane was delivered the very next day, and that was during a cold snap when Down East was probably extra busy with deliveries. I also submitted an online query about a cleaning for my propane fireplace, and got a reply the next business day.
We’ve pretty much been with Downeast Energy since 1985 because they’re very dependable and they take care of their clients. I am thankful for the annual payment plan and the automatic deliveries.
