I love the Silver Sneakers classes they offer and the instructors make them fun while helping us improve our health and agility. Great variety of activities offered and at convenient times. Also the staff and class instructors are so accomodating, friendly and welcoming that it makes you look forward to going there.

It's a wonderful source for activities and relevant classes for a very reasonable price. I have been a fan for a long time. My son went to camp too when he was younger! And, the Silver Sneakers programs for seniors are great! Highly recommend!

The child watch is the best part. I can get a workout in without worrying if my kids are safe and secure. Also parents night out is almost enough reason itself for the membership.

I love how I can drop into the Y for my exercise on the bike and treadmill whatever time fits into my day. A variety of equipment is always available. Staff members are always pleasant and welcoming.
