I am a huge fan of the South Oakland YMCA! Everyone has been so absolutely welcoming, from the class instructors, fellow Y members, and Child Watch. I'm thrilled to be an active member at the South Oakland Y!

I appreciate that there is always enough equipment for everyone to use. When I go in wanting to use a particular thing it’s always available.
I've only experienced 2 classes,. So far I've enjoyed and I like both. I want to try the mobility and water aerobic classes. I'm looking forward to exercising at least 3 days a week
