Friendly people and a variety of classes for everyone!
I feel so much better physically since going to the Y. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the people you meet there are basically friendly and supportive. I could not imagine not being able to go to the Y for reasons physically and mentally. Also if there is a problem with your class they always try to let you know.

I am an older guy and the facilities at the YMCA has plenty of what I am looking for there's plenty of assorted exercise equipment and pleasant atmosphere and very clean , plus my medicare picks up the tab which is a big plus for me ! it's almost become a "hobby" to me and always look forward to going here , I can't give this anymore rating than an A+ , I am sure if you give the YMCA a visit you'll agree.. Take Care and Stay Healthy !

Years ago, I took my daughter there when she was seven for ballet lessons. In later years, we joined and went together, my daughter volunteered a lot. She is now 33. Recently I found myself going to Physical therapy there. I didn’t know the place existed. I was told about silver sneakers and joined. I like the atmosphere and the way they redesigned the facility.
