I have my granddaughter in swimming, I like all the activities and classes the YMCA offer. Right now all the classes are filled. Maybe next semester my husband, sister and I can join the chair yoga class.

The personal trainer, great equipment lasses for tai chi, balance, chair yoga and water exercise. The staff is friendly and several even call you by your first name.
