I’m very proud to say that the Farmington Hills Y is the best! The facility is very clean. The staff members are very professional and friendly. I’ve meet some wonderful people there during my workout sessions. I’ve learned the importance of physical exercises for our bodies. It’s like being with family!

The group exercise classes are great. I especially like the Zumba and yoga classes. Everyone is nice and instructors are well trained and competent.

I just love the Y! Everyone (members and the people who work at the Y) are friendly, helpful, warm, caring people. The newly renovated facilities have everything needed to do the workout of your choice ( either on your own with workout equipment or by attending one of the classes). After your workout, if time allows, you can relax in the sauna or with a cup of coffee/tea and chat with other members. It’s just a great place to join!
