Thank you for reaching out to me! The Y is a well appointed gym, friendly staff, clean environment and plenty of classes for consideration.
The only issue is the therapy pool was featured as 90 plus degrees, but on my visit it wasn't that warm. It's difficult to find a pool with 90 degree water and when I saw that it made me join.
Will the temperature for the therapy pool be increased to reach 90 plus?
I have RA and the hot water is extremely therapeutic.

It is a very friendly and upbeat environment with wonderful people. The classes are outstanding and so are the leaders. Jamie, Kayanne and all at the front desk are special and so is the woman who keeps the place spotless. It is a place of joy.

Not crowded when I work out.
The only place with indoor walking track. Friendly staff and chief executive officer on site. Lots of free exercise classes.
Zumba and senior fitness classes. Wish there were more morning sessions.

There was a very personable young man who helped me at the front desk. He was so helpful. All of my questions were answered and he offered to assist if I needed help downloading the FH App on my phone.
