A great place for families. Childcare so Mom & Dad can workout while keeping the littles engaged and happy has been our biggest love of the Y and reason we come back. The Y is also not intimidating like other gyms can be. Most love that they Y accommodates everyone in Y the community.
Its great. We are using the pool and the exercise machines, as well as the track. This is a great resource for the Downriver community.

Plenty of options for our family, and we've enjoyed a number of classes: deep water fitness, step classes, Zumba, and cardio drumming. We've also enjoyed lap swimming and the gym.
