I am 83 so I do balance and range of motion exercise in the warm pool with the weight off my knees. I also get to watch young kids learning to swim. I enjoy seeing them gain confidence

I enjoy the personal greetings each and every morning that I visit Carl’s Family YMCA. All of the staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help out on any issues the one may have. The family type atmosphere is a awesome feeling.

As a senior I like mixing with a a variety of ages of people. It truly is a family Y with all ages coming to participate. I don't have to think I am coming to a senior center.

Wonderful friendly staff, love all the class instructors and their routines, and love how clean this YMCA is! It feels like family and I think that is what the intention should be. A place where we can all go to that feels like a home away from home.
The people; the staff and the way they are positive, inclusive, respectful and kind. Truly living out the mission of building better communities through respect for all. I also love meeting other members and making new friends there. The atmosphere is uplifting. I love being there.
I enjoy the pool area. The locker rooms are clean. I appreciate the Solver Sneakers program and the family activities and events.
