Clean facility friendly staff
Went to a Step class taught by Stacy and really enjoyed it. Stacy gave clear directions and had good music. I also visited the gym area and found all the equipment I needed for a good workout. The facility is clean and at and early time slot not too crowded. Will enjoy coming to the YMCA for my workouts.
The free weight room is perfect for my current level of training.

Luv r instructor Mon and Fri silver sneakers. Pls bring back 1 30 silver sneakers in pool with Sandy. Really miss that. Too many people in pool to do any real exercising. Pool closes way too soon. Also staff needs to either bring equipment out or at least help on Mon and Fri at 11 30. Getting tired of running back upstairs to hv them open the equipment room multiple times too.
I'm glad my friend Janet showed me where you are located. Enjoyed my visit hoping to be back on Thursday afternoon around 3:30 pm

I am always bragging about the YMCA. Great staff, great instructors, great facility.
The Zumba or Dance Fitness classes being offered every week day. The instructors are amazing. Thank you Ellen, Alli, and Katrina for great workouts that are a lot of fun.
