I love going to the Milford YMCA. The staff is extremely friendly and even though I
go by myself, I do not feel alone. I feel as though I am with friends. AND, also, the people
who work out in the back room where I do, are also friendly. I try to go to there several times a week; it is a special time in my day.

What I like best about Carl and Marie's family YMCA is the sense of community experienced with both staff and fellow members. Wonderful place to be part of.
The facility is nice and very clean!
The people (staff) are Awesome caring and nice.
The work out area is nicely set up with plenty of room, the staff is pleasant, and the pickleball is great.
The instructors I’ve encountered have been extremely nice and caring.
Enhanced Fitness program has worked very well for me. I feel much stronger, and have better balance. Instructor Mary does a wonderful job. I recommend the program for all seniors.
Everyone is friendly, there is a good variation of machines to use, and it’s always clean.

easy access, lots of classes, friendly stall, generally good maintainance of the weight equipment (although i'm bothered by the hip flexor machine being out of service for at least 4 weeks and now another machine is out for who how long???).
Good hours. Nice reservation system for the lap pools. Staff is great!
The 'Y' is wonderful place meet new people and get a great workout at your own pace!
Love the sign up for lap swim so the long trip is not wasted. Swimming is the best exercise for me and has helped regain strength and will being after many health issues.
Nice selection of group classes with great instructors
