As long as Cindy is teaching Silver Sneakers classes, she is the best! Also like some of your "new hires" like Clark who is friendly to young and old and very personable. Keep going in the right direction. Only thing I don't like is the 15.00 dollar for guests. My daughter is visiting for 2 weeks and I think that is quite expensive for a visit. I'm sure some people have taken advantage of bringing people in and that is your reasoning. I do notice one women who tells the desk she is here for P.T. then goes into the pool by herself.
Everyone thinks it’s too far….with the price of gas. I live in Howell.
Always opens on time. Staff members are friendly. Cleaning products available to wipe down machines. Machines are always available because of the large number on hand.
I like all the machines where you don't have to be there at a certain time. I also like all the senior classes. At this time between working and physical therapy, I am not able to commit myself to a class frame

I love the pools and the fitness classes. All the employees, lifeguards & fitness instructors are all so pleasant. They greet you with a smile and always say goodbye and have a great day
I called a few times before visiting to join. All the team members answer the phone were friendly and helpful.
The facility is user friendly; my husband is on a walker and can easily manage it.

The only issue is the bathroom doors are extremely heavy and my husband needs assistance to open it with a walker. I am surprised there isn't an ADA option on the bathroom doors.

I love going to the Milford YMCA. The staff is extremely friendly and even though I
go by myself, I do not feel alone. I feel as though I am with friends. AND, also, the people
who work out in the back room where I do, are also friendly. I try to go to there several times a week; it is a special time in my day.

What I like best about Carl and Marie's family YMCA is the sense of community experienced with both staff and fellow members. Wonderful place to be part of.
