I am part of the Livestrong cancer survivor class. It has been a wonderful experience primarily due to Rebecca the personal trainer that runs the classes. She does a remarkable job tailoring the classes to the abilities of a diverse group of people with varied physical abilities. I would highly recommend the class and the facility to others. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful

I am impressed with the variety of activities and classes from the pool/aqua aerobics to strength training, yoga and cardio.
Staff and other members are friendly and welcoming.
(It's also good to be among many pre seniors and seniors like me)
The staff is very friendly, especially the lifeguards. I like being able to reserve pool lanes.
Very nice facility. We tell everyone about it. It would be great if you could add a large hot tub or sauna. Also, sometimes gym gets really dusty because off all the traffic. It would be great if it could be swept a couple times a day.

I’ve worked with Rebecca Iler as part of the LiveStrong program. She is Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind, Compassionate & knows how to get the best out of the people she is working with. I may even become an athlete.

We love Carl's YMCA the water classes are the best. I would double the size of the pool.
It has a great variety of people who are all working to improve themselves and the community.
We are fortunate to have a place where the whole family can exercise together. Coming to the Y has become part of our weekly routine, so not only are we staying healthier, we are spending time together as a family. We also love that it's a more family oriented environment than a classic gym.

Very friendly staff, clean and great gym equipment. Very family friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere not the typical jammed situation I have experienced at other facilities.
