It is a great exercise program that has really helped with my recovery from recent foot surgery.
Great place to take swim lessons. My only complaint would be class times never change. My kids have needed a swim class that is only on Wednesday and Saturday. It would be nice for a session or two to not be those same days for people with schedule conflicts.
Our son is making great progress with the swim lessons!

My granddaughter was very apprehensive about swim classes. After the first lesson - that all disappeared! She liked the teachers and the other students. Instructions and repetition of skill sets were clearly explained and goals were clear! Last time her folks were at a pool party - dad nudged mom and said "- look at her! She is really swimming! "

We have used the ymca for summer camp for the past 5 years. This was our first year ant the Milford location for summer camp. Every year has been fantastic! My daughter had a great summer, and we look forward to next year! Thank you !
