This company pays attention and keeps up with you scheduling so you don't have to remember. They always ask has there been any problems but for the last three to four years I've only had to have them in my home to treat a small infection of roaches someone bought with their belongings to my house and that only took a total of three months believe before I did have to worry about those things being all over my house. Your outside bug inspections are thorough and always on a timely basis. You always call days prior so we can have our gates unlocked into the back yard, and your tech always calls right before coming. We greatly appreciate your extra communication.
On another note:
We used your mole service last year but it was not the experience we hoped for. You had a different tech each time someone came, they weren't familiar with prior areas treated, you charged too much for the service we got, and the moles never stopped. We had to go to another company.

I like the consistency. By that I mean I like that the same person comes, and I can develop a relationship. I don't like to have to keep hoping I get a good guy.
I had a new guy this time who clearly stated that he is a fill-in. I hope to get back to a regular person coming at a regular time.
I like that you are flexible. Each person I have had has listened to what is or is not happening and treated accordingly. Not a one has been so rigid that they do the same thing over and over. We once had a serious problem with fire ants coming inside. The man must have come three times, but he didn't quit til he had figured it out. I haven't had a problem since then with ants.
They have patiently treated for black widows, informed me on what to look for, and even given me extra traps to resolve the issue. That, too, has worked great. I like the service and hope to get my long-time person soon.
