Honestly, what stands out the most is our service technician, Elijah. He is incredibly genuine and polite. We have numerous companies stop by to service the property and no one comes close to the level of service Elijah provides. He's always very kind and obviously wants to help and build a relationship with his customers. If I could make an employee's customer service skills in a lab, it would come out looking like Elijah. That guy is a top notch hire. Take good care of him - you're lucky to have him.
