Sean did great job as always. He spent a god but of time and effort in our garage making sure to set traps for rat that got in while garage door was open. He also made an effort to check all around the house for other pests and treated too.

The customer service is fantastic. Every time I have called and spoken to anyone, everyone has always been so helpful, kind, and patient with me. Rashiid is incredible and I feel safe having him come to my house to spray without my husband being there. If there has ever been an issue or a recurrence of bugs (ants) the company is very fast at addressing it and helping.
Northwest is always customer driven and is conscientious about always calling before they come out to treat our home. It’s something I specifically requested and I’m grateful they are so thoughtful.
