Good service. If there is a problem in between treatments, you send someone out to take care of it. Last year I had ants getting into the house. It took 2 visits but the technician got rid of them. When I ask for things to be taken care of during regular service, it's always done. This time I asked that the ant bait stations be filled up and saw the technician doing it. Good customer service and no bug problems.
The tech listens to what I say and tries to eliminate the problem the 1st time. They let me know when they are coming.
