We have used Northwest for years, service is always good and we’ve been pleased.
Last week we had a technician named Jaiden, he was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was here for annual visit to inspect our termite stations, and while here helped me understand the process of eliminating yellow jacket nests burrowed underground. He took care the yellow jacket problem that I wasn’t aware of. He showed me the evidence of the problem which I appreciated.
He texted before his arrival and followed up the next day and is coming back on Monday to make sure all the activity is gone.

Jason Sanders, the service technician who performed our one time treatment for ants and roaches, was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He completed a very thorough treatment of our home and patiently answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. My wife and I both felt that we got our money's worth with Jason. He did a great job!
