No matter what happens pest wise, all I have to do is call Northwest and they take care of it right away. I live right by a forest and as such, we get a lot of pests from ants to roaches. Whenever we see a roach or two, we know there’s more so we make a call and our pest control specialist (it’s always the same guy and he is awesome) is out to our house within 2 business days.

The promptness of the technician and scheduling of the services is exceptional. I called the office to inquire about treatments for bugs after seeing several in and around the house. Since Northwest already has our termite contract, they were naturally the place to call. I was impressed that they were available to come out the next day to treat for bugs. Jaiden was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He also scheduled a follow up for next Friday to see if we have any further issues after the treatment. I would highly recommend Northwest.
