Chris is always available for questions, he also calls and lets me know when he is on his way or needs to change the date of service. He also calls when he is through to let me know what he did around the house, even if its the same thing every quarter. Very happy with my service.

Scott always calls ahead of time and I feel that he does a thorough job when he's either conducting the mosquito treatment or terminate check. Overall I think he does a good job.
