Robert is an awesome technician. Always polite and listens when I have a pest issue. However, I’m having financial difficulties and I called for some help. The young lady who helped me was lovely and told me a manager would call back. NEVER heard from anyone. I do need to have this pest service, but now I’m shopping for less expensive services.

Contacts us before he arrives, and has been very responsive when there has been a need for some extra treatment. Overall I'm very happy with Northwest.
