The young man, Sean, always calls to let me know he is on the way and comes to the door when he arrives. He explains what he plans to do and asks what issues I may have had that he may need to address. The service he provides and the product he uses are very effective.
My issue was resolved in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait days to get a tech out to my house.

Very thorough in removing cobwebs and treating around the house
Reliable, however my appt was 4--6 and technician came at 1 and I wasn't home. My backyard was not treated because I have to let him in.
