Tech did a great job. Only complaint is there were no bug glue traps put out like Pest USA changed out every visit.

My quarterly pest control technician, Rashid, is very polite, friendly, and conscientious. He checks the vermin boxes to make sure bait is still present without being reminded. He is always on time for his service call and takes care to be thorough in the pest control service.
And he went above and beyond in this month's visit when he removed a dead rat from my garden for me. It was dead--a good thing--but I didn't know how to dispose of it and quite frankly was a bit freaked out about having to get anywhere near it. He generously offered to take care of it for me which I really appreciated. A+++ on customer service.
