What I like about doing business is: since I signed a contract for service with Northside, I have not been unhappy or dissatisfied with any service or contact with the company representatives. As it turns out this is not a common trait in this type industry.

I am very happy with Cheyne the gentleman who does the treatments on my home. He consistently shows up on time, wears booties in my house, listens to my concerns about best I’ve seen in the house and treat them, is friendly to my dog and always remembers to shut back the gates because he knows it’s a big concern for me.
Having someone in my home that you can trust is very important to me and I am thankful that you have him in your company providing the consistency that we person coming for the past two years.
I like always having the same tech every time. Matt has been great!

I like that you will come out promptly to provide any "between spraying" services that may need to be addressed throughout the year. Your personnel are always so polite and professional. I have recommended your company to many other families over the years.
I appreciate the customer service provided by both the technicians and the office staff.
I appreciate that the technician texts me before he will be arriving. But it would be so helpful to know the day before he will be here.
We have a pool, so we have to keep our back gate locked. If the technician comes when I’m not home, the gate is locked and he can’t service the backyard.
If there could be some sort of notification the day before that the technician will be coming to do the service the next day, that would be so helpful.
