I find your team responsive. I had serious ant issues this spring and I appreciate how attentive the manager, Mario, was in ensuring my issue was resolved. I appreciate always being able to get a hold of someone. One thing you could improve upon is getting someone out quickly (not like within a few days but within 1 day) when there is an issue in between services.
This month's inspection and treatment went well. One interesting point of improvement related to the emailed inspection results. The sent files were corrupted and wouldn't open. I need to call the office and have them resent.

I like that I don't have to think about calling them for service. They have Jeremiah here on property like clock work.
During certain seasons if I have an additional problem, all I have to do is call and they schedule to come out and deal with mostly seasonal ants. Sometimes, I have spiders a little more than usual. Again, service is out and taking care of the property. I also have my Termite contract and have had for 15 years which Northwest maintains.
