Asa is my service rep. and is always polite and kind. The Company alwaays calls ahead of schedule. When I had a problem with mice (16!) Asa was very helpful and said I held the records for the most he'd seen! In you defense, I had just moved into a new developement (Stratford Station) and there had been a lot of disruption going on.

Josh always does a great job. He treated spots in my new sod that had ants, and put ant bait trap in our kitchen window. Within a couple days all ants had disappeared and I could dispose of the bait trap as he recommended.
I like Jeff. He does a good job of keeping spiders away from the house.

Reliable. Staff is pleasant when I call. Jonathan usually does treatment and and is very pleasant and friendly.
Communication went wonky, though...I asked for them to just do the treatment w/o calling me that they were on their way or had finished just this one time. Instead I got a call saying they acknowledged that I didn't want to be called any more before treatment.
