Provider was a very nice guy (I didn’t meet the outside guy), and worked efficiently w no mess.Advance notice of appointment and no hassle if I have to adjust date/time.
I do wish you would leave the bill like you used to when job is completed rather tha sending later.
The service that the technician, Kevin, provided was successful. My concern was that there was no notification or invoice provided as expected.
After talking to the manager it seemed there was a problem with calling me and sending out an invoice for the work.
I was told they would correct these errors and in the future I would receive a notification and they would text an invoice.
