The tech did a great job. I might suggest that they wear "surgical booties" once inside to do the job. The wet carpet picked up dirt and small pebbles on the bottom of his shoes, even though he wiped his shoes on a towel at the door. We don't wear shoes in the house, so having our carpet cleaned and then resoiled by the bottom of a pair of sneakers on the tech who walks all over outside, well; that really isn't optimal.

Courteous, and did a wonderful job. High marks for a job well done.

Zerorez was selected for steam cleaning of our upholstery and carpets after reading their reviews. I spoke with Joe who scheduled our cleaning at a time convenient for us. He offered a quote over the phone that was honored at the time of service. There were no hidden surprises!!

Tom provided the service. He was professional, efficient and pleasantly flexible, as I did request some changes at the time of the service. Their service gave our very used upholstery and carpet a new life!
