I appreciated the ease of ordering online. Also, the tech called ahead of time as stated and arrived promptly. We had a sectional cleaned along with a large ottoman and area rug. He finished the job in a timely manner. Was respectful and professional. Husband and I are very happy with how clean everything turned out. The last time we had the sectional cleaned by another company, some of the stains returned after it was dried. It's been almost a week and everything still looks terrific!
