I can't say enough about Zerorez of East Florida. My first experience was met with the owner, Joe, calling me when he noticed the call center chat took a little longer than usual to respond to my inquiry. We chatted about pricing on several items I needed cleaned. He shared what he offered without being pushy. He got me on the schedule immediately and worked with my preferred date. The techs, Tom and Jacob called when they were 30 mins out and arrived on time. Both were very polite and professional and started working immediately. They had their work cut out for them. An ink stain, high traffic stairs and carpet areas and a stinky sectional couch and area rug thanks to our puppies. Took them about an hour or so to finish the job and I was impressed with the results. Everything looked back to new condition and our couch smells great. Joe and the team are focused on a great customer experience. I highly recommend Zerorez and will certainly use them again.
