I saw the ad for ZEROREZ on FB. The ad showed the tech using what looked like a sidewalk/driveway pressure cleaning head, except it had a vacuum hose attached. I knew that was what I needed for my tavertine kitchen floor that had not been thoroughly cleaned in years. So, I called. The owner actually called me back and made the appointment, which was within just a few days.
The crew was punctual. They explained the process. The cleaning was performed just as it was shown in the ad. The cleaning head uses high pressure heated water and the vacuum removes all the excess water. Perfect! It only took about 30 minutes.
The result was fantastic. The difference was stunning! They sealed the floor thoroughly. And the finale, the price was very reasonable. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend ZEROREZ. I'm going to call them again for the kitchen floor, my carpeted floors and upholstery as well.
