Yoga with sandy
Just started (after years away) so I have not tried everything but I expect to enjoy both the track and the exercise room
The staff are friendly, the facility is clean, the lifeguards show up for their shifts, the facility is not overcrowded. I couldn’t recommend this location more.

Love all the machines that you have now. Employees are so friendly and helpful to your members. The people exercising are respectful to clean machines after each use to cut down on germs spreading. Also, just a few blocks from my house. I have already recommended to a few friends and my son. All of them have signed up with the Y.

there's some benches at the outside pool entrance, the men's locker room needs a bench outside the sauna
Ignorant move taking this bench away from the sauna not to mention you have a pile of benches at the outside pool entrance

I love the Y and the community it brings. The facility is well run and always so clean.
I would love these additions;
Extra programing during DPSCD breaks, open rock climb, open swim, or other extra activities for kids
I would also appreciate some programing for "second shift" working adults! I would totally take a 10am yoga or dance class during the week! People in the service industry, hospitality, and health care have a wide range of schedules, I think you would find interest in late morning classes for non-seniors.

I like the water exercises. I've gone a few times now and the instructors are very nice and encouraging. Plan to go quite a bit in the future.

Facilities: beautiful building, clean, variety of equipment, and a separate lap pool from the family pool, and lower pool temperature! Keep it low or lower it more!
Great place, great pool and water exercises, tai-chi, and amazing weight room, etc, etc, etc...
