Convenient and good classes for older adults.
If you are interested in water aerobics, the program at the Macomb YMCA cannot be found anywhere else in the area!!! A multitude of classes every week . I can’t even explain how beneficial these classes have been to my health. Incredible!

I liked it better when you negotiated with silver sneakers and I didn't have to submit the payment. That was a lot more convenient

Love the pool, the classes, and the updated shower fixtures.
What I like best about my Y experience is the variety of activites. My Y is lively and staffed with energetic and pleasant people and lots of offerings. From group exercise classes to swimming, and from sauna to basketball, I can do it all at my local Y.
The friendly staff, the variety of classes and wide variety of spaces, ie, gyms, workout areas and pool.
People are so nice. It is a community. The FFYS swim team is superb. The water aerobics classes (all of them) and instructors are fabulous.

I love the pool and the water aerobic classes. I also love playing pickle ball but I wish there were more courts available to use. 2 is not enough for all the people that show up to play. Outside courts would be great. Get rid of the outside pool ad put in pickle ball courts
