What did you like most about your salon experience?

Really appreciated the procedure evident to protect vaccinated and unvaccinated from Covid. I felt comfortable not wearing a mask since I had both shots. Otherwise, others seemed to be comfortable wearing their masks.

Lori did a great job with my sons perm. My son has coarse hair but she always knows the best solution when it comes to his hair! She’s just amazing

I was early but was serviced immediately with an excellent, personal experience. My stylist listened to what I wanted and used her knowledgeable experience to do a magnificent cut with hi lights.

What could we do to improve?

I still struggle with having so many different stylists. I miss Desiree and it has been hard to adjust. Glad the mask mandate is over!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I really like and appreciate the procedures Rize has put in place over the past year so that people can feel comfortable and safe while in the salon. Procedures such as temperature checks, hand washing, masks, etc. have really made me feel comfortable so I can continue to see Angela for super haircuts while we navigate health conditions.
