I’ve been getting my hair done at Rize salon for 10 years. Very professional, atmosphere is great very calm, great looking salon. I’ve never had my hair done there that I didn’t love. I recommend them to everyone!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My score is unlikely to change unless things are equitably worked out with your partner. You presented as partners ever since I started coming to Rize - having the first two chairs. Even the picture for this review had both of you in it. Now, when I go to your website one partner remains (and it's not my stylist), all the stylists listed are new within the last month or two, and only two staff who I recognize remain. It's too bad that whatever the dispute is you can not equitably work out with someone who was presented as a partner in your business. Peace out.

The willing to work with you. I recently noticed I had an appointment scheduled on the day I was leaving town. I called the salon and was put on a waiting list. I was able to get in a few days before my original appointment. I was extremely happy my hairdresser, Lori, worked with me and I got an appointment. Thank you Lori!
