I love the Salem Y. The instructors are amazing! Wish there were more 7 am classes though.

Great facilities and staff.
Swimming classes have been great for my toddler, but the whole family has benefited more from the Kids Club at the Salem YMCA. It allows me the time to exercise and talk to adults while having the peace of mind the kids club provides. The staff is wonderful and provide a variety and entertaining and educational activities.
I mostly take yoga classes, and every class - every instructor - has been excellent!
Wonderful Staff! Welcoming front desk people(Jimmy, Paul, Mary, Lauren...and so many others I didn't name),nice and attentive lifeguards, and Gina, Tracey and all of you that make this a very special place!

Since I started going to the YMCA, my life style had have a great improvement regarding work outs, nutrition , relaxation , motivation and socialization .
It have been two years since one of the trainer at YMCA told me: make the YMCA your home ! And she was absolutely right .
This is the gym were people will find everything that they need regarding support and workouts , outdoors activities and affordable membership.

Because of the friends I have made there. I enjoy both the exercise, but the people are wonderful. I have made so many friends since moving to Salem and then meeting such wonderful people.

My daughter does swim lessons with Madeline and LOVES it. She is a great teacher and very patient and encouraging. My daughter especially enjoyed life safety week.
People are nice facility is clean
We love swim at the Salem YMCA. A little more structure to the classes would be good. Also improved facilities- it is very difficult to get a toddler quickly dry and changed while knowing there is a huge line outside.
