It has a vast array of equipment, ample parking, and the senior membership is very reasonable.
We have been going here many years, except for the pandemic years. Love the atmosphere, many class choices, variety of the machines & Kevin! He is always willing to help us "seniors" with any questions & machine explaining !
1. Two observations: People are now not wiping down the machines as much as they used to. 2. The most irritating problem for those of us who want to just exercise & leave are those who sit on the machines & read their phones. I think they just think they are just glancing at the phone & not realizing how much time has passed. Meanwhile, we just stand there waiting.

I love being able to take classes online!!
My grandchildren only attended two of their scheduled days at Children's Island due to issues with the dock and weather. They are planning on making up their time later in the summer. The days they attended they had a wonderful experience - loved the group activities, boat ride, the counselors were engaging and attentive and safety was their utmost priority.
Children’s island is an incredible and unique opportunity for the kids! We loved seeing the island on family day. Facebook and bunk1 communications are really helpful, and the online registration and paperwork is great because you can update whenever needed.

Our 8yr old loves everything about children island. The staff make summer full of a lifetime of memories.
