Fun environment for learning skilks

Gymnastics is a great structured environment for Alida to have fun and learn about the importance of movement, especially for someone like herself who has demonstrated an early capacity for gymnastics. She always leaves with a smile because the teachers are so engaging with her and pay special attention to her needs and development.

Its structure is good for my toddler son. It provides good stimulation and helps release pent up energy while he can practice his coordination.

I think it’s a great facility. The reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10, are the locker rooms. When will they be ready?? As soon as they open, I’m sure you’ll be a 10!!

Jojo and I (I’m her grandmother) attend toddler gymnastics on Thursday mornings. We love it! The staff members are great with the kids. They encourage movement and make it fun. Jojo is learning how to walk on the beam and today she did a front roll😊 she loves jumping on the trampolines. Thanks to Cassandra and Stacey (I think that’s her name). The program really seems to be a perfect fit for Jojo’s two year old developmental needs.

2. Recommend an "improvement" portion to this survey.

It’s nice to have a program for the very little kids. They can climb and tumble safely, interact with other kids and learn some structure.

We absolutely love the gymnastics department at the Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA. My daughter adores every single staff member; they are all so friendly, warm, and genuinely engaging with the kids. You can feel how much they care.

Open Gymnastics has been such an incredible resource for me as a parent. It runs so smoothly and gives kids a safe, structured way to explore, get energy out, and build confidence. We look forward to it every week and love meeting new people.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this program. We’re so grateful for the amazing staff and the positive, supportive environment they create. Highly recommend!
