Apart from having most every kind of Equipment the real asset that makes a difference to me is your STAFF. They are great 'people' and clearly dedicated to providing thorough/professional assistance to the 'members' of the Y regardless of how hapless the 'member' or the member's quetions may be. I know this first hand via being one of those sometimes hapless member!

The staff and teachers are professional and really helpful. Ms. Ro and Ms. Gianna are the best at caring for my baby. They also communicate with me about all my child's needs. I appreciate all their hard work.

After school program at Glover is wonderful! I wish there was a before-school option to drop off earlier (7am). Breakfast program starts at 7:45. I have outside hired help to drop off the morning(s) that I need to drive in to my base for workday, since I have to leave home before I can drop at school. Would love to see a Y-based morning program for school kids. With or without breakfast - Glover offers breakfast with early drop-off at 7:45, so just that 6:45-7:45 or 7-7:45 window would be a huge help. My husband is a nurse, his shift starts even earlier (6:30am) and he’s done earlier so he normally picks up. For families with 2 working parents, the struggle is real!
It is an excellent facility staffed with competent and dedicated people—to mention a few:Kieth, Jeff and Peter who work on weekends
Good swimming pool, a lot of activities, nice and friendly staff, helpful trainers.
Very Happy with my membership so far. Clean, courteous staff lots of equipment.
One disappointment was that I signed up online on a Saturday, went to the Y on the Sunday afternoon and was told that I could not enter as my membership had not been approved ( even though it had on line) I was told I had to wait until I received a call to verify my account. I went home, waited 2 weeks and received no call. I went last Sunday, received my tag and walked in to the Y. In effect, I paid for two weeks of membership that was not "permitted" to utilize. I would appreciate my membership fees being pro rated to last Sunday 3/3/24 instead of 2/24/24. Thank you for your interest ! Name removed, Phone number removed
